Miel de la Jarra

Raw honey to share our love of nature with you.

The story of your honey

Miel de la Jarra is made by our beloved bees, helping repopulate natural landscapes across the Mediterranean basin, the Iberian System, and the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula.

From time to time, we harvest the surplus honey, let it mature, and jar it by hand, under the primary production regulations of the Valencian Community.

We ship raw honey to your home in safe, hygienized pouches, or invite you to pick it up in classic glass jars when you visit us.

We share the little story of your honey through its label, where you'll find a timeline with dates and places for the blooms, harvest, maturation, and bottling.

Our honey

Raw honey, unhurried and traceable. We work with stationary apiaries and an artisanal harvest to respect the bees' rhythm and the surrounding landscape.

Raw & natural

Unpasteurized, with the true flavor of each bloom.
